This site does not ship products and cannot process returns. Everything below explains who does, and how to reach them.
Why we are not the ones to ask
NailCare Hub is an affiliate storefront operated by LUN FULLSCALE LLC. When you click a purchase link here, you leave this site and complete your order on the seller’s checkout.
The seller is the merchant of record. They take the payment, hold the stock, dispatch the parcel, and own the return and refund process. We have no access to your order and no authority over it.
Shipping
Dispatch times, delivery estimates, shipping costs and destination coverage are set and published by each seller. Read the current terms before you order:

Tracking information comes from the seller by email once your order leaves their facility. If it has not arrived, contact them directly.
Returns and refunds
Each seller advertises its own money-back guarantee. The terms that actually bind are the ones in their published refund policy, and it is worth reading it before ordering rather than after:
- SlimSoda — refund policy
- CogniHoney — refund policy
Four things to establish there:
- The deadline, and whether it runs from order date or delivery date.
- Whether product has to be physically returned — including empty containers.
- Who pays return postage.
- Whether a return authorisation is required first, and the correct return address.
Where a promotional page and the published refund policy disagree, assume the published policy governs, and get anything you are relying on confirmed in writing by seller support before you send a parcel anywhere.
Cancelling a subscription or add-on
If your order was placed on a recurring plan, or a checkout add-on was pre-selected, cancellation runs through the seller’s account system or their support team. We cannot cancel it for you.

If the seller will not respond
Get in touch through our contact page. We cannot resolve an order problem, but we do track complaints about the sellers we link to, and persistent problems change what we are willing to feature.
